Cape has a number of firsts in our collection. We built the first auto mall in Canada, and the first high-rise homes in downtown Coquitlam. We’ve built expansive recreational facilities in large cities, and worked closely with townspeople to bring the right homes to smaller centres, including Nanaimo, Fort St. John and St. Albert, Alberta. Now we’re creating the premier homes within the Thompson Rivers University setting, bringing dynamic urban living to the Kamloops area. We couldn’t be prouder of the vision and the collaboration.
